How Does the One Percent Commission Structure Work? 

It’s simple and transparent. You pay a total of 2% of the final sale price, plus applicable GST.

Compared to the traditional commission structure in the market, this approach is designed to leave more equity in your pocket when your sale completes. In many cases, that translates to savings of thousands — and often tens of thousands — of dollars.

A common question I get is: does a lower commission mean reduced service?
The answer is no.

You still receive full-service real estate support, including professional marketing, exposure on major platforms, negotiation, and guidance from start to finish. The difference isn’t in the level of service — it’s in how the service is priced.
