My professional background spans thirty plus years in business analysis and management, including over twelve years in real estate sales. I also have advanced degrees in computer science and engineering.

When I decided to make a career change into real estate sales I had to select the company I wanted to join.

My work experience and education allowed me to analyze the approaches of the various real estate companies operating in the Lower Mainland. This analysis led me to the conclusion that One Percent Realty provided their customers with the best balance between services offered and commissions charged.

When I contacted the One Percent Management team I was impressed by their openness and focus on supporting my efforts to serve my customers.

I particularly liked the ethical commission structure I am able to offer my customers. It provides an excellent alternative to the commission structures offered by more traditional real estate companies.
