Ranked as one of the top REALTORS® within the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, in 2019, and for many years before that, I placed within the REBGV's MLS® President's Club - which recognizes the top 1% of REALTORS® in the industry.  I've been in the MLS® Medallion Club, which recognizes the top 10% of REALTORS® in the Board, every year from 2006 - 2020.  In 2006, I was the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver Rookie of the Year - having sold more properties that year than any other of the hundreds of new agents from all brokerages within the Board areas.  I have been consistently among the top agents at One Percent Realty.  I have nearly 17 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing and have nearly one thousand homes and have hundreds of happy clients.

• A full www.REALTOR.ca listing
• Maximum internet exposure for your listing on many other websites, including the MLS® system, www.realtylink.org, REW.ca, and on the websites of any REALTORS® who participate in the MLS®  Reciprocity program.  This means your listing will appear on the websites of REALTORS® from many different Brokerages throughout the region.
• Photography and 360⁰ moving virtual tours by an outstanding professional photographer.  The quality of the tours and pictures is among the best in the business.   These pictures and tours will be available on all the sites on which your property appears.
• Full colour, professional-quality feature sheets for your property.  These will be left in your property for buyers to take, ensuring your property will be remembered. 
• Open Houses if you desire.
• Eye-catching outside signage.
• Lockboxes for showing REALTOR®'s convenience (if desired).
• Coordination of all showings - whether from other agents or from members of the general public.
• Regular feedback from buyers' agents who have shown your property.
• All contract negotiation and full documentation.
• Full coordination with your lawyer or notary for the closing of your transaction.
• Handing the keys over to the Buyers upon Possession.

It's quite simple: a property that shows well, that is priced right, and that is marketed well, will sell, regardless of how much commission the seller has agreed to pay.  Buyers only care about whether the property they are considering purchasing fits their criteria and their budget.

That is why, when I list your property, you can count on your property being sold within a reasonable amount of time, for the highest price your property can fetch.  Your property will be listed where everyone is looking, including MLS®, other websites, and newsprint.  Your property will be marketed to the world to its maximum potential.  Buyers' agents from other local brokerages will show your property. You will sell, and you will get the best price you can get.  You will simply walk away with more money in your pocket.

My fees are $9950 + GST to sell any property up to $900,000.  This includes everything.  Compare this with up to $27,000 elsewhere.  For properties over $900,000, I charge 1% of the sale price + $950 + GST.  Though commissions vary, compare this to far, far more $$ elsewhere.
