Testimonials
Valentino and Gabriel were both just amazing! We contacted them for selling our house. From the start, Valentino’s knowledge and confidence gave us an assurance that we had made the right choice in hiring them for the sale of our house. We had many questions before and during the listing went and Valentino was always very prompt in replying to our emails, messages or calls. Unlike few other realtors whom we had contacted before, he did not ask or suggest any exorbitant or expensive repairs/changes to be made in the house before listing the house for sale. We live in a different city which made the upkeep of our house a bit challenging for us during the time it was listed but Valentino offered to regularly visit our house and keep an eye on it for us. He was very helpful during the entire process. To top it all, being one-percent Realty, he helped us save thousands of dollars in commission. I highly recommend him and Gabriel. - Tara Sharma

“We
could not be happier with the service that we received from Valentino.
He helped us from start to finish. At first, we were a little concerned
that other agents would not show the property because of the reduced
commission structure. Fortunately, we had another agency show the
property and then submit an offer that was acceptable to us. He went the
extra mile, giving us lots of good advice and recommendations.
Definitely, we would not hesitate to use him again in the future. We are
sure that he would be a great choice for anyone to call to negotiate a
purchase, as well. He is an excellent negotiator. You should choose
Valentino as your listing agent. He's great!!”

“As
an investor, I am buying and selling properties pretty often. When I
started doing this, I used different realtors, until I met Valentino
Prundaru in 2005. Since then, we did over 30 deals together, for me and
my family. I have also recommended him to all my friends. His service
has always been outstanding. Valentino is very honest, reliable, with a
very nice personality, and excellent negotiation skills. He was very
knowledgeable about the housing market in Victoria, and he assisted me
in making informed decisions about my real estate transactions.
Valentino did a fantastic job in selling my houses fast and for the best
prices. He was also great in finding the best properties suitable to my
needs and negotiating the best prices. As a repeat client, I am very
pleased with Valentino’s service, and I highly recommend him to anybody
who wants to buy or sell a property.”
