When listing a property for sale, I hire a photographer who creates a comprehensive marketing and photography package. I then use Facebook/Instagram advertising and Youtube to promote the listings online. These 3 platforms provide the best result currently. I also provide traditional marketing tools, posting a for sale sign and creating a colour brochure as two examples.
