This is proof I am a top selling Realtor® ahead of the crowd.  I have 35+ years filled with HAPPY CUSTOMERS, (way too many to list on this site).  I work mainly in the South Surrey/White Rock area which is where I live.  I joined One Percent Realty in 2004. Prior to that I worked for years with Homelife and Macdonald Real Estate Companies. I believe in the concept of One Percent Realty. My customers are very happy because they are getting the same great service, (from an experienced Real Estate Expert who specializes in the area where she lives)  plus they are saving mega $$$$. This is great for my customers and therefore, great for me.

P.S. SODA POP was adopted October 30, 2013 in Chilliwack.  His name suits him.  He is full of Phizzzzzzzzzzzz.   Soda Pop is a Maltese Toy Terrier.   His dog parents are domestic companions.  Rather than follow in their footsteps, Soda Pop turned to Real Estate.  He is an invaluable and conscientious partner to Kathleen.  He does, however, occasionally take a day off to laze around.  When not at work Soda Pop enjoys visiting South Surrey and White Rock's beaches and many parks.  He also enjoys the odd Latte with his partner and he is an expert shopper.
