    I joined One Percent Realty team with the main idea of helping people to save their hard-earned money, offering the same services and same exposure on the market but only at a discounted price.

    When working with the clients as a professional, I intend to apply my knowledge of local real estate market trends, negotiations skills, legislation, customer service experience and advantages of current communication technologies to fully meet the client requirements and expectations.

For the full service on MLS® we charge:

v  $7,950 for all homes under $700,000

v  for homes over $700,000 we charge 1% plus $950.

More, I offer 20% from the selling commission as cash back to the seller

The One Percent listing agent (me) earns $3500, the buyer representative agent earns $3500, and the remaining of $950 amount is only covering the typical disbursement costs to marketing, administrative costs of selling your home.

You pay only if your home sells and there are no hidden charges or no up front fees.

v  Full internet exposure on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), on , ,, all cooperating brokers’ web sites.

v  Conducting a title search for the property including legal ownership of the property and any charges 

v  Free comparative market evaluation – helping you to determine the appropriate listing price for your home by doing a comparison of similar houses sold in your area

v  Professional high resolution digital pictures taken from the interior and exterior of your house

v  Placing a sign for sale sign (where applicable) to maximize the exposure in your neighbourhood

v  Showing the Property to Prospective Buyers and do follow-ups after showings (call the agents/buyers to get feedback and keep you updated)

v  Open Houses - I hold open houses to promote your house to buyers and realtors

v  Assisting the Seller in Negotiating Favorable Terms & Conditions with an Offer

v  Keeping you informed and providing you advice and assistance when required during the entire process of selling your home

v  Cooperating & Assisting Other Brokerages Working with Buyers

v  After Sale Services: submit the selling documents to the lawyer, handle the keys to the buyer on possession date


I will offer you full service to find your dream home, in a neighbourhood that is right for you, and in the price range you want. I will be fully dedicated to you and I will help you during the entire process.

After the completion date, I will write you a $2,000 check from my received commission* .

v  You can contact me 7 days a week by cell phone and email. I can show houses 7 days a week.

v  You will be explained all the necessary steps during the buying process.

v  Determining what the buyer’s requirements are and establishing a strategy plan.

v  Presentation of information about the benefits of working with a licensee

v  Helping you during your financing needed to buy your house. 

v  As an advantage for working with me as your realtor, you will be constantly informed about new listings on the market before they reach the MLS system for the public. You will receive emails with the houses that meet your criteria.

v  I will show you as many homes as necessary till you find your desired one.

v  I will prepare your offer and I will help you to negotiate the best price and terms.

v  Help to find a house inspector and to schedule an inspection.  

v  Assisting you on the final steps after the deal is done.

Under no circumstances this offer will not solicit buyers which are working currently with other brokerages, or individuals being under contract with a brokerage
