3. We will give you a 'free' and 'accurate' home evaluation based upon our years of experience in the Victoria market place.
4. We always ask other agents that have shown your property for 'feedback' after the showing.
5. If you are buying a property we will set you up on a system called PCS (Private Client Service), whereby you are 'emailed' properties that match your selected criteria.
6. If you are buying a property we encourage you to give us any properties you may be interested in and we will do the research to provide you with as much historical data as necessary for you to have an informed opinion of that property.
7. Simply give us the contact information for a friend, family member, business associate, etc. who may be listing or purchasing a property in the future, and we will PAY you a finder's fee of $300 if they successfully buy or sell a home using us as their agent of choice (of course you may give us more than 1 contact and be paid multiple times; sorry you may not refer yourself)
